“I am happy for the goal, but even happier to have qualified for the next round and won a game that was not easy,” Bernardeschi told Rai Sport.

The Bianconeri now fly to Jeddah for Wednesday’s Italian Super Cup clash with Milan.

“The Supercoppa is a very important appointment, we intend to do well and bring the trophy home.”
