The ex-Fiorentina player came off the bench and made the difference, as he provided two assists for Alvaro Morata and Federico Chiesa before the late Cristiano Ronaldo counter-attack.
“That victory was important and we sent a signal out to the rest of the league,” Bernardeschi told Sky Sport Italia.
“We are a little behind schedule, but we’re still alive and kicking, so of course we still believe in the Scudetto. There are many games left to be played and we want to win them. We are Juventus and we mustn’t forget that.”
The next match is on Saturday against Lazio, a real head-to-head for the top four at this stage.
“It’s going to be a difficult test, because Lazio have always caused us problems before. However, we are playing on home turf and that can give us a small advantage, even if it’s not the same without our fans.
“I expect a battle, but if we play like Juventus and realise what we can do, then we’ll certainly bring home the result.”
After that, Juventus have to overturn their 2-1 first leg Champions League defeat to FC Porto.
“It’s not easy to think about that before we’ve played Lazio, but we know that it’s going to be a complicated situation. We have to overturn the result, but as we know, Juventus are more than capable of achieving that and we’ve done it before.”
