Good news for Fiorentina, as Federico Bernardeschi is back training with the squad and Nenad Tomovic avoided serious injury.
Bernardeschi has been out of action since early November with a fractured ankle, but today was back working with the rest of his teammates.
“He has resumed training,” Doctor Manetti told the official Fiorentina website.

“He will now try to get into shape, but has already completed the rehabilitation programme. Giuseppe Rossi’s rehabilitation is also progressing well and in mid-March we can evaluate the situation.”
Meanwhile, Tomovic has been allowed home after tests showed no serious damage or head trauma.
He was stretchered off during the 1-0 win at Inter wearing a neck brace after Rodrigo Palacio accidentally ran into the back of his head.
