Bernardeschi won the first major trophy his career on Wednesday as Juve thrashed Milan 4-0 to pick up their fourth consecutive Coppa.

“It’s my first career silverware, and only now do I really realise what it means. I understand what it means to share such joy with a group, a team, a FAMILY like this.
“I consider myself lucky to have won my first trophy alongside these teammates and friends on the pitch, in front of our fantastic fans, suffering, struggling and, above all, celebrating TOGETHER!
“A few lines to thank everyone: I’m grateful for what you’ve all given me up to now, for what you give me every day and for what I already know you’ll give me.
“I also really want to thank those who are always by our side, every day, support us and help us away from the spotlight. You are also behind our victories!
