The 25-year-old left-sided midfielder is due to sign a five-year contract with the Biancocelesti.
Lazio released photographs of Berisha having his tests today at the Paideia Clinic in Rome.
Last season, he contributed 13 goals and 11 assists in 45 competitive games for RB Salzburg.
Berisha played 20 times for Norway, but switched to Kosovo once they became a FIFA member in 2016.
