The Gazzetta dello Sport believe that Domenico Berardi may be back at Juventus for next season and Dani Osvaldo too.

Youngster Berardi impressed in a debut Serie A campaign with Sassuolo” data-scaytid=”11″>Sassuolo last season, finishing with 16 goals to his name.

Initial reports were that the Bianconeri were considering a choice between bringing back the 19-year-old for next season, or leaving him out with the Neroverdi in favour of working next year with another co-owned forward in Manolo Gabbiadini.

The latter, currently on Sampdoria’s” data-scaytid=”24″>Sampdoria’s books, was thought at first to be the more likely option for a run at senior football under Antonio Conte during preseason, but the Gazzetta dello Sport now suggest otherwise.

It is believed now that the club are ‘seriously considering’ the possibility of bringing Berardi back to Turin for next season.

One reason for the turnaround is believed to be his ability to play out wide as well as in attack, whilst Gabbiadini may fall under the same umbrella as Simone Zaza and Richmond Boakye, for consideration to be used as potential makeweights in Juve’s transfer dealings this summer.

Meanwhile it is also believed that despite an indifferent six months on loan from Southampton, Dani Osvaldo is potentially still in line to prolong his career with Juventus.

It is understood that director general Beppe Marotta is still dealing with the Premier League outfit over a possible renewal of his loan.
