“After meeting up for breakfast, the Rossoneri trained at Milanello this morning ahead of their next fixture: at 21:00 CET on Thursday 18 March, AC Milan will face Manchester United at San Siro in the return leg of the round of 16 Europa League showdown between the sides,” Milan’s official statement reads.
“Those who started yesterday evening's match against Napoli did recovery work in the gym, where the other members of the squad initially activated their muscles.
"After this, they completed technical exercises, which they performed using elastic rebounders, while it was then time to focus on ball possession. To finish, there was a series of practice matches on a reduced section of the pitch.”
According to Sky Sport Italia, Zlatan Ibrahimovic could recover for the meeting with the Red Devils on Thursday, but he is not likely to start.
