Bayern Munich defender Mehdi Benatia believes “Roma are stronger than Manchester City” in the Champions League.
While the Germans are already through to the knockouts, City and Roma are joined together in second place ahead of their showdown next week.
“Roma are stronger than Manchester City,” Benatia told Il Processo del Lunedi.
“If they put in the same performance as against Inter last night, then they can qualify.”

The Giallorossi beat Inter 4-2 at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday to maintain second place in Serie A, three points adrift of Juventus.
