According to Bild, the German club do not see him as a key part of their future plans, and are ready to listen to any offers for the centre-back.

As Tuttosport reports, that has alerted Juventus, who are prepared to offer a €2m loan, with a €22m redemption clause which would become mandatory if certain clauses are met.

Benatia would be offered a four-year contract, worth €3m per season plus performance-related bonuses.

The Bianconeri will have space for a defender, as Martin Caceres is expected to leave at the end of his contract, with Napoli in pole position.
