Andrea Belotti will return to Roma upon the conclusion of his loan spell with Fiorentina and two clubs are interested in a move for the Italian striker.

The 30-year-old Italian striker was shipped out to the Viola in the January transfer window on a six-month loan deal, but he struggled to settle well in Florence, netting just two goals and providing one assist across 23 appearances for the club.

Belotti has returned to Roma following his time with Fiorentina but is not expected to remain part of Daniele De Rossi’s squad, despite having a year left on his contract in the Italian capital. He has struggled to prove prolific for the Giallorossi, managing just 10 goals across 68 games.

Two clubs on Belotti

Page 16 of today’s Corriere dello Sport details how Como and Parma are both interested in snapping up Belotti this summer, keen to add the experienced striker to their squads as they look to carve out a long-term spot for themselves in Serie A.

Roma are planning to revitalise their squad this summer and will likely welcome interest in the 30-year-old, who is already out of De Rossi’s project.
