Romelu Lukaku and Charles De Ketelaere have been included in Belgium’s World Cup squad, while Divock Origi has been left out.

Roberto Martinez has named his 26-man squad for Qatar 2022, including the Inter striker and the Milan midfielder.

Lukaku has only played five games with Inter this term. He made his return after more than two months in a Champions League clash against Viktoria Plzen but was once again forced to the sidelines due to a bicep problem.

He is not expected to play for his club again in 2022 but will be available for his national team at Qatar 2022.

The Chelsea loanee flew to Belgium last week to meet the medical staff of his national team.

Charles De Ketelaere has also made the Red Devils’ squad for the World Cup, contrary to his teammates Origi and Saelemakers.

However, the latter will be on standby until the beginning of the tournament, meaning that he could replace one of his compatriots in case of injury in the coming days.
