Belgium have been forced into another change for their upcoming Nations League match against Italy, as Ortwin De Wolf steps in for injured Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Matz Sels.

The Red Devils are due to play Italy on October 10, then France on October 14.

Sels has sustained an adductor issue and has therefore pulled out of the squad for these games.

Instead, they called up 27-year-old Mechelen shot-stopper De Wolf, who receives his first senior call-up after making four appearances with the Under-21 side between 2018 and 2019.

This is the second withdrawal for the Belgium squad, who had also lost midfielder Amadou Onana to a hamstring injury.

He was replaced with former Milan man Aster Vranckx.

Matte Smets, Maarten Vandervoordt, Malick Fofana and Napoli winger Cyril Ngonge all receive their first call-ups at senior level.

Familiar faces include Atalanta’s Charles De Ketelaere, Genoa defender Koni De Winter and ex-Bologna defender Arthur Theate.

Napoli centre-forward Romelu Lukaku has been left out to regain his full fitness.
