Alessandro Bastoni has made up his mind regarding his future amid links to a number of Premier League clubs like Tottenham and Manchester United.
The 23-year-old Italian centre back was one of the best defenders in Serie A this season, impressing on a regular basis under Simone Inzaghi at Inter. Contracted to the club until 2024, the former Atalanta man is certain to be a star in the future, already showing his qualities at the top level.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Bastoni has been heavily linked with a number of English clubs in recent months, with Tottenham, Manchester United and Manchester City all interested in a move. Despite this interest, however, the Italian centre back has no intention of leaving Inter.
The prospect of playing in the Premier League doesn’t appeal to the 23-year-old too much and he’s perfectly happy in Lombardy, wanting to continue with the Nerazzurri for the time being. Bastoni would be open to a move abroad in the future, but for now he’s happy in Italy.
