"When the emergency is total like in our case you have to get something extra out of the team like humility, character and the spirit of wanting to save this club at all costs," Ventura explained.

"Despite this bad spell, the other teams have 'waited' for us up until now.
"It's true that we are last, but also only three points from mid-table.
"But it's evident that the other teams will not wait forever," he concluded.
