Barcelona meet for Pogba

Spanish papers claim Barcelona met with Paul Pogba’s agent to discuss a bid for the Juventus midfielder.

According to newspaper Sport, Mino Raiola flew out to Catalonia for a meeting with director Ariedo Braida.

The deal could be laying the groundwork for 2016 if Barcelona are still under a FIFA transfer embargo.

This offer is believed to be worth €70m plus a player such as Pedro or Montoya.

This offer is believed to be worth €70m plus a player such as Pedro or Montoya.

Sport also suggest that Raiola is using the Manchester City terms – €12m per year net wages – to force Barcelona into improving their proposal.

However, Paris Saint-Germain are far down the pecking order, as Pogba is not interested in a return to France yet.

Juventus have repeatedly stated they have no intention of selling Pogba, as the club does not need to raise funds.
