Reports continue to suggest Barcelona are the favourites for Gianluigi Donnarumma ahead of PSG, whereas Juventus are more likely to keep Wojciech Szczesny under Max Allegri.

Donnarumma is a free agent after failing to agree a new contract with Milan, who have already replaced him with Mike Maignan.

Representative Mino Raiola has been trying to find a club prepared to offer at least €10m per season wages, but that has proved difficult in the current financial climate.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Barcelona are currently the favourites and would be prepared to sign Donnarumma even if Marc-Andre ter Stegen stays at Camp Nou.

Paris Saint-Germain are also keeping an eye on the situation, but recently extended their contract with Keylor Navas.

Juventus had widely been expected to swoop for Donnarumma, but the return of Allegri has changed the situation there.

Allegri has a good rapport with Szczesny and there are also very few clubs prepared to pay the asking price for the Poland international.

The 31-year-old is under contract with Juve until June 2024.
