Marcelo Brozovic will reportedly sign a contract extension with Inter today, snubbing an offer from Barcelona.
The Croatia international’s contract expires at the end of the season, but the Serie A giants have reached an agreement to extend his stay at the club. Sky Sport Italia reports Brozovic will sign a contract extension with the Nerazzurri today and an official announcement is expected today or tomorrow.
Only a few weeks ago, Barcelona had made one last attempt to convince the Croatian to move to the Nou Camp as a free agent at the end of the season.
The 29-year-old had also been linked with Tottenham Hotspur but opted to extend his stay in Milan. He has missed only two games this season, against Empoli in Coppa Italia and Sassuolo yesterday.
The Nerazzurri were forced to extra time by the Tuscans in January and suffered their third defeat this season against the Neroverdi yesterday. Brozovic has played 275 games with the Nerazzurri, scoring 26 goals and delivering 35 assists.

Great news.
Midfield is rubbish without Brozovic, Barella cannot cover his role.
Club needs to sign adequate replacement for Epic Brozo + finally get rid of both Vecino and Gagliardinho.
vecino + gagliardinho = 0mil. €
Still best for inter to let them go
