Barcelona will face Napoli in the Europa League play-off, but have left Dani Alves out of the squad to make way for their other new signings.

The first leg will be at Camp Nou on Thursday February 17, with the decider at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Thursday February 24.

Following the January transfer window, all clubs had to hand in their updated squad lists for the UEFA tournaments.

After elimination from the Champions League, Barcelona were only allowed to register a maximum of three new players for the rest of the competition.

The Catalans decided on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Ferran Lopez and Adama Traore, which means former Juventus full-back Dani Alves has no place in the side and will not face Napoli.
