Marcelo Brozovic is on the verge of leaving Inter, but his destination is still to be decided, as Barcelona are battling Al-Nassr for his signature.

The Croatia international seems to have come to the end of the road at San Siro, having lost his place in the side to Hakan Calhanoglu and upcoming Kristjan Asllani.

Sky Sport Italia report this evening that Brozovic has accepted he will leave, but is not yet sure where he is going to go.

Al-Nassr have raised their offer from the original €15m to €18m including bonuses, which is still shy of the €25m asking price.

However, they are said to be offering a salary worth €15m per season net.

Nonetheless, the interest from Barcelona cannot be discounted and they are increasing the pressure with a proposal at close to €20m, but a considerably lower salary at ‘just’ €7m per season.

Whatever the outcome, Inter will use the money from the Brozovic sale to bring in Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo.
