In their bid for a new defender the Blaugrana were forced to pay the Valencia centre back’s release clause of €20m.

The Spanish side have been heavily linked with the Colombia international, but with big money spent on Mathieu, Ivan Rakitic and Luis Suarez, it is suggested that the Catalan side will now look to more affordable options.

The paper though, believes that Manchester United will have no such worries, and are still keen on getting Cuadrado.
