It was reported last night that a €9m deal has been agreed with his former club, and Banega’s representative confirms a deal will happen soon.

“It’s practically done,” Marcelo Simonian told ABC.
“It’s not done yet, because we’re still lacking some small details but we’ve agreed on everything and we’re pushing for Sevilla.
“We’ve got a three-year contract in hand.”
