The Lega Serie A confirm several suspensions, including two games for Roma’s Kostas Manolas, and a fine for Rudi Garcia.

A total of 10 players have picked up suspensions as a result of Week 6 action, including Manolas, who has been handed a two-game ban for his reaction to a foul from Alvaro Morata during the Giallorossi’s defeat to Juventus on Sunday.

Morata, who was also given his marching orders in that same incident, has been given a one-match ban.

Meanwhile, Coach Rudi Garcia has been handed a €5,000 fine and warned of future conduct for ‘blatantly contesting a refereeing decision with mocking gestures’.

The Frenchman had been sent to the stands after playing an imaginary violin in reaction to Juventus being awarded the first of their two penalties yesterday.

Torino are without Kamil Glik and Omar El Kaddouri for two games each, for ‘insulting remarks’ aimed at the match official at the end of their team’s defeat to Napoli.

Lazio’s Lorik Cana, Sassuolo’s Federico Peluso and Genoa’s Sebastian Roncaglia are all banned for one game after red cards in Week 6, whilst Nigel de Jong of Milan, Stefano Lucchini of Cesena and Luca Rossettini of Cagliari are all automatically suspended for Week 7 for an accumulation of yellow cards – four from the opening six rounds.

Juventus and Roma have also been fined as a result of fan misconduct during the weekend.

The Old Lady has been hit with a €30,000 penalty for three first-half issues – someone from the stands hitting a member of the Roma bench, a flare being thrown into the section of Roma support and the use of a laser pen being directed at Giallorosso players.

Roma pick up a €20,000 fine for supporters throwing flares and plastic bottles on to the pitch and at Juventus fans – in the same incident Juve are fined for – and for the team’s use of a walkie-talkie on the bench.
