Enock Barwuah, the brother of FC Sion forward Mario Balotelli, has reportedly been charged with assault following an incident outside a nightclub in the days before Christmas.
The 29-year-old Italian forward, who joined fourth tier side CPR Ospitaletto in the summer on a free transfer, has had run ins with the law before, being arrested and sentenced for the same crime a decade ago after assaulting three Carabinieri officers outside a club in Bagnolo Mella.
As reported by Giornale di Brescia, Barwuah and rapper Prince The Goat have been charged with assault after allegedly beating up a 26-year-old Tunisian-born Capriolo resident outside a nightclub on the night of December 22.
The victim, who reported the incident to the police, suffered a decomposed multiple fracture to his left orbit, with bone fragments embedded in the maxillary sinus. The emergency room report has been given to the Carabinieri and the next steps are now being taken.
