Italian reports suggest the expectant mother’s name is Serena, a girl from Lecce who SuperMario met a few months ago while on vacation in Sardinia.

This would be Balotelli’s second child after four-year-old daughter Pia, who was born after his relationship with TV presenter Raffaella Fico in December 2012.
The couple had already split up by the time Fico found out she was pregnant and he refused to see the baby until DNA tests had proved it was his child.
