Palermo sporting director Daniele Faggiano admits he is “bothered” by his club’s interest in Mario Balotelli being leaked.
Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini confirmed on Saturday that he had spoken to Balotelli’s agent Mino Raiola about bringing in the surplus Liverpool striker, but Faggiano hinted he would have preferred his employer remaining silent.
“Balotelli? Don’t you [reporters] have another question?” he told Mediaset.

“In the meantime, we’re thinking of the players we have [first], then the others.
“It bothers me, the fact that his name [Balotelli’s] has been leaked, out of respect for everyone in negotiations.
“Meanwhile, we’ve brought in Bruno Henrique and [Alessandro] Diamanti, who were made official [on Monday] morning.”
