According to Sky Sport Italia, the 19-year-old Hungarian will be in the stands for their afternoon Serie A game against Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi.
He’ll then return to Sicily with the team and undergo a medical tomorrow.
It’s believed the transfer is a permanent one at a cost of €1.5m.
Balogh turns 20 next month and has scored five goals with five assists in 24 competitive games for Debrecen this season.
