News broke yesterday that the controversial striker was caught speeding in Brescia at almost twice the speed limit, resulting in his license being withdrawn.
The 25-year-old is back at the Rossoneri on loan from Liverpool and is believed to have agreed to a list of behaviour-related clauses before signing his contract.
However, Corriere della Sera has reported today that the Italy international will escape a fine from the club for this episode.
The newspaper writes that the Rossoneri’s legal team have evaluated whether or not the striker has violated the ethical code of conduct and decided not to proceed with any action.
