Summer arrival Fodé Ballo-Touré has replaced Theo Hernandez at left-back against Venezia and will get his first start since joining Milan this summer.

The 24-year-old arrived at San Siro from Monaco in July for a reported €5m and signed a deal until June 2025.

The former Paris Saint-Germain and LOSC Lille player made his competitive debut with Milan in the 2-0 win over Lazio and will not get his first start in the League game against Venezia on Wednesday night.

Ballo-Touré has played 108 games in Ligue 1, contributing nine assists and is capped six times by Senegal so far in his career.

He has been kept out of the side by Hernandez so far, but the France international will get a breather against newly promoted Venezia.
