Genoa Coach Davide Ballardini expects a difficult game against Bologna, despite the “important” win over Inter.

The Grifone are flying high since the Italian replaced Ivan Juric on the bench, and they’ve won their last three matches in a row.

Tomorrow they take on the Rossoblu, and the Coach expects a tough test at the Dall’Ara tomorrow evening.

Tomorrow they take on the Rossoblu, and the Coach expects a tough test at the Dall’Ara tomorrow evening.

“Bologna are a team with strong players,” Ballardini warned.

“They have a serious club behind them and rightly have big ambitions. They’ve constructed a good squad and these are the difficulties we’ll face tomorrow.

“They’re doing well an have ambitious youngsters, we’ll be facing a capable and ambitious team.

“They’re a team that use all the players in each phase of the game, they have strength and humility.

“We have to counter that with our own humility, the first thing we have to do is make sure we have the desire to stay in the game.

“We need to do well to avoid leaving space for some of their players who can cause you problems with just one touch, we’ll need to make sure we don’t give much away.

“Inter? The performance was important, because I saw a team that was in command. This is a serious team, we can give anyone a game, but we can always do better.”
