Carlos Bacca tells Milan to “continue to focus on our objective of Europe” as well as the Coppa Italia.

The Rossoneri are currently sixth in Serie A, and while they’d make the Europa League if they beat Juventus in the cup final, the striker wants to get there through the League.

“We have to continue to focus on our objective of Europe,” Bacca told Milan Channel.

“Things haven’t changed now there are eight games to go, we have to get back into Europe.

“A lot of things can change from here until the Coppa Italia final, both ourselves and Juventus have eight tough games.

“A final is always different, because a final is a game you have to win. We need to prepare in the best way, because it’s one of our objectives.”

The Diavolo face Atalanta at the weekend, and Bacca is expecting a difficult game.

“I think it’ll be a difficult game against Atalanta, they won well against Bologna, they have a good team and they need to pick up points.

“[Gabriel] Paletta [on loan from Milan to the Orobici] is a friend, he helped me a lot, even in China [in pre-season] when [Cristian] Zapata wasn’t there.

“We have children in the same school, we’re very good friends. But now I’m at Milan and he’s at Atalanta, so we’ll both give our best because we want to win.”
