Emil Audero is set to join Inter on loan with an option to buy, while Filip Stankovic is heading the other way to Sampdoria, including a counter-option, as more details emerge.

The basic agreement was already struck last night between the two clubs and the more basic figures have been worked out today.

According to Calciomercato.com, Audero will join Inter on loan for €1m with an option to buy for a further €7m.

At the same time, Inter send teenage goalkeeper Stankovic to Sampdoria on loan with an option to buy for a reported €5m.

The Nerazzurri will also retain a counter-option so they can bring him back to San Siro in future.

He is the son of former Inter midfielder and ex-Sampdoria coach Dejan Stankovic, coming up through the Inter academy and spending last season on loan in the Netherlands with FC Volendam.

It is reported these are two separate transfer deals, so are not dependent on each other.
