Spezia have reportedly agreed terms for Atletico Mineiro midfielder Leo Sena, who is expected in Italy for a medical this week.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the deal has been done, the clubs exchanged contracts and he is on his way from Brazil.
The 24-year-old only recently joined Atletico Mineiro from Goias EC, signing a contract to 2025, so it’s likely to be a loan deal with option to buy.
He has made just three competitive appearances for the club since arriving in June.
