Atalanta fans put on a show at the newly-reopened Gewiss Stadium for their Champions League return against Arsenal, referencing their Europa League triumph.

The stadium in Bergamo underwent massive restructuring work over the last couple of years and the final details were put in place over the summer.
It was reopened at the weekend for a 3-2 Serie A victory over Fiorentina, but tonight was the big event against the Gunners.
This also represented their return to the Champions League after 1,015 days of absence and their first UEFA home game since winning the Europa League in Dublin in May.
That was all reflected in the tifo put on by the fans, with the phrase ‘Free to Dream’ written out in the stands.
They also had a large depiction of the club’s symbol, the Goddess Atalanta – hence their nickname, La Dea – holding the Europa League trophy.
As with all Italian clubs who host Champions League games, the crowd likes to join in singing the final line of the tournament anthem.
