There are six Serie A representatives in the Europa League 2023-24 Team of the Season, chosen by the UEFA Technical Observer panel.

The tournament was rather dominated by Italian football this term, as three of the eight quarter-finalists were from Serie A, Roma made it to the semi-final and Atalanta won the tournament.

All the players chosen for the ideal XI came from semi-finalists Atalanta, Bayer Leverkusen, Roma and Olympique Marseille.

Despite going out in the semi-final, Marseille striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was named Player of the Tournament, largely because he was the top scorer.

Roma goalkeeper Mile Svilar and his teammate in defence Gianluca Mancini made it into the Team of the Season.

Victors Atalanta were represented by Berat Djimsiti, Teun Koopmeiners, Matteo Ruggeri and hat-trick Final hero Ademola Lookman.
