According to Tuttosport, Atalanta have won the race for AZ Alkmaar midfielder Teun Koopmeiners, also wanted by Roma and Arsenal.
The 23-year-old is the older brother of defender Peer Koopmeiners.
Both products of the AZ Alkmaar youth academy, the midfielder is under contract until June 2023.
The report suggests Atalanta made an offer worth €20m for Koopmeiners and it seems his club are ready to accept.
He contributed 17 goals and seven assists in 40 competitive games this season.
