Atalanta are not finished yet, as along with Charles De Ketelaere, they are also reportedly fighting Lazio and Genoa for Hertha Berlin winger Dodi Lukebakio.

La Dea are busy reinvesting the money they secured from selling Rasmus Hojlund to Manchester United for €85m including bonuses.

They have a deal in place with Milan to get De Ketelaere on loan for €3m with an option to buy for a further €27m and today officially signed Gianluca Scamacca from West Ham United for €25m plus €5m in add-ons.

According to transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri, Atalanta are also now back in the running for Hertha Berlin winger Lukebakio.

The Belgium international has attracted a great deal of interest from Serie A sides, with Lazio, Genoa and for a while Inter also keeping a close eye on his situation.

Lukebakio turns 26 next month and his contract with Hertha Berlin only runs to the end of this season.

Formerly of RSC Anderlecht, Charleroi, Watford and Dusseldorf, he scored 12 goals and provided five assists last season in 33 competitive appearances.

The asking price is believed to be circa €10m plus add-ons.
