Atalanta CEO Luca Percassi, technical director Giovanni Sartori and Perugia President Massimiliano Santopadre have been deferred to the Disciplinary Commission, with the two clubs also facing potential punishment for direct and objective responsibility.

Several investigations have been opened into Serie A, B and C clubs trading players with surprisingly high transfer values on their books, even when they never get to play or are simple squad players.
