The Chelsea winger landed in Rome’s Fiumicino Airport this evening, met by almost 100 fans, but Fiorentina are still threatening to block the international transfer.
Meanwhile, the one Viola representative happy to accept the move is Panerai, who famously said Inter “should be relegated” for approaching Salah under contract.
“I received at least 1,500 insulting messages via Twitter from Inter fans, so I won’t go on there again,” declared Panerai.
“I will say that the fact he isn’t going to Inter means the rules were respected. If there had been a deal with Inter, the Nerazzurri would’ve been punished.”
