Juventus keep trying to find a new club for Adrien Rabiot and the latest candidates are AS Monaco.

The midfielder was not part of their squad for the pre-season tour of the United States, left behind to work with the Under-23 team instead.

His contract only runs to the end of this season and neither party seems intent on extending, so a sale is on the horizon.

According to Sky Sport Italia transfer pundit Gianluca Di Marzio, Rabiot’s entourage are in talks with AS Monaco on a return to Ligue 1.

He had been linked with a possible comeback to his former club Paris Saint-Germain, who he left as a free agent to join Juve in 2019.

The 27-year-old has also been considered for the Premier League with interest from Manchester United and Newcastle United.

He has two goals in 29 senior caps for France and is hoping to be part of their squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

  1. Good, not that he was a bad choice. But he definitely does not deserve 7M annual salary. If we could get rid of Arthur and Sandro, that would be fantastic
