Juventus midfielder Arthur has played with both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, but explains why he ‘would choose’ CR7.
The former Barcelona man was speaking to Desimpedidos do Brasil when asked who he preferred playing with of the two repeated Ballon d’Or winners.
“They are both two great leaders, but they have a very different way of making their influence felt,” replied Arthur.
“Leo doesn’t talk very much, but he makes his presence known on the pitch with his talent and desire to be a protagonist.

“Cris, on the other hand, talks a great deal with everyone and is a big presence in the locker room. He too is obviously very eager to have the ball and score goals.
“It’s not an easy question to answer, because they are two fantastic players, but between the two I’d choose Cristiano.”
