Juventus midfielder Arthur is likely to miss the derby against Torino as his physical conditions remain a matter of concern for the Bianconeri.

The former Barcelona defender sustained “a post-traumatic calcification at the level of the interosseous membrane” in February and has struggled to recover.

The 24-year-old still feels pain and is expected to sit out the derby della Mole on Saturday, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Arthur is likely to be rested and his conditions will be monitored in the coming hours, but Juventus hope he will be eligible to play against Napoli on Wednesday.

Rodrigo Bentancur and Weston McKennie could start in the middle of the park against the Granata.

Arthur joined Juventus in a swap deal with Miralem Pjanic last summer. He has one goal in 26 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
