The forward turns 29 next month and can play in a central role or on the right wing.
Perez has also been linked with Deportivo La Coruna (his former club) and Sevilla.
He was only signed a year ago for €20m, but made just 21 competitive appearances for the Gunners, scoring seven goals and five assists.
