Juventus are under investigation over alleged financial irregularities, so Arsenal are hoping to take advantage by swooping for Dusan Vlahovic and Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The Bianconeri are facing three different investigations from the Turin public prosecutor, the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and UEFA over their accounting.

There is the risk of potential large fines, the docking of points or the exclusion from European competition.

That could in turn see their transfer strategy transformed and the need to sell big players.

According to Sun Sport and Sport Mediaset, that means Arsenal are ready to take full advantage of the situation.

This would be achieved both by staging a swoop for Juve centre-forward Vlahovic and their prime transfer target for 2023, namely Lazio midfielder Milinkovic-Savic.

Arsenal had already tried desperately to sign Vlahovic from Fiorentina in January 2022, but were rebuffed by the player, who was determined to go to Turin.

If they are forced to sell, then the Gunners would be right back in the running for the Serbia international.

His teammate at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, Milinkovic-Savic, is negotiating a new contract with Lazio and could move on this summer for the right price.
