Alberto Aquilani would like to stay in Italy and keep playing for Juventus, according to his agent Franco Zavaglia.
The 26-year-old midfielder is currently on loan from Liverpool until the end of the season.
Juventus have an option to buy for €16m, but the club are balking at the price and want to negotiate a discount.
"I don't know if Juventus have spoken with Liverpool," said Zavaglia.
"The player's desire is clear. He would like to stay in Italy.
