ANSA has hit back at Napoli, claiming Aurelio De Laurentiis’ remarks about winning Serie A and Federico Chiesa were true.
De Laurentiis was quoted as saying by ANSA that Napoli would win Serie A and try to sign Chiesa from Fiorentina, before the Partenopei quickly denied their President making such comments.
ANSA has hit back at Napoli, claiming Aurelio De Laurentiis’ remarks about winning Serie A and Federico Chiesa were true.
De Laurentiis was quoted as saying by ANSA that Napoli would win Serie A and try to sign Chiesa from Fiorentina, before the Partenopei quickly denied their President making such comments.
However, an official statement by the agency reads: “The Napoli President has been in Lipari (not Filicudi, as was written previously).
“De Laurentiis spoke [to us] while he was in a place of business. De Laurentiis also posed for a photo with a shop owner’s son, who was celebrating his birthday.”
