Another test for Mancini ahead of Bosnia

Italy CT Roberto Mancini will undergo another test for coronavirus today, still hoping to attend the match in Sarajevo tomorrow.

The Azzurri prepare for their final game in the UEFA Nations League against Bosnia-Herzegovina but have coped without Mancini in the dugout for the current international break so far.

Two weeks after having tested positive for COVID-19, the coach was still positive yesterday and can’t re-join the group until he’s negative.

The squad leaves for Bosnia today but Il Corriere dello Sport claims Mancini impatiently waits for the results today, in case he can board a private plane and join the group and be on the bench tomorrow.

Alberico Evani has been in charge of the 4-0 friendly win against Estonia and the 2-0 win against Poland in the UEFA Nations League during the current national break.
