Empoli coach Aurelio Andreazzoli got his revenge at the Allianz Juventus Stadium two years after his press conference was abandoned by reporters.
The embarrassing incident occurred during his previous stint on the Empoli bench in 2019.
After Max Allegri had completed his part of the press conference, Andreazzoli arrived only for all the journalists to walk away, nobody having a single question for the tactician.
In 2019, Andreazzoli’s Empoli lost to Juve away 1-0 and he made his way into an empty press room as most journalists left after Allegri was interviewed. Today he stole some headlines

Andreazzoli got his revenge last night, taking Empoli to a shock 1-0 victory over Allegri’s Juventus in Turin.
As he made his way to the same press room on Saturday evening, he referred back to that snub.
“It’s nice to see more people now…”
