Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton are again looking to Italy for reinforcements, reportedly targeting Torino defender Gleison Bremer.
According to Football Insider and the Liverpool Echo, the Premier League side is preparing an offer for the Brazilian.
The 23-year-old centre-back joined Toro from Atletico Mineiro in 2018 for €5.8m and his contract runs to June 2023.
Bremer is strong in the air and on set plays, which is why in 35 competitive games for Toro last season, he scored five goals and provided three assists.

Ancelotti has already got Italy international Moise Kean in his squad, while ex-Napoli midfielder Allan made his Premier League debut at the weekend in a 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.
Everton’s bond with Italy extends to off the field issues too, as they have today announced the extension of a partnership agreement with Italian food giant Fratelli Beretta.
Considering Ancelotti named his book after a salami pun, ‘Preferisco la Coppa,’ it’s safe to say the coach will approve of this decision.
