The Italian Coach joined Bayern Munich in the summer and has already guided the Bundesliga champions to the top of the League in the new campaign.
In an interview with Radio Rai, the Champions League winner admitted he is impressed by how German clubs regularly fill stadiums, in contrast to their Italian counterparts.
“From a technical point of view I don’t see too many difficulties,” Ancelotti said when asked to compare his new home with Serie A. “Here, like in Italy, It is hard to recruit top players.
“The difference is in the atmosphere. Here the stadiums are always full. Borussia Dortmund had an average of 81,000 last year.”
Ancelotti then commented on the organisation of his new club and drew comparisons with what he saw during his time at Milan.
“It’s a good club with great organisation. It is run by ex-players who know what goes on in the dressing room.
“It is a nice environment. The people who work here have done so for many years. It is a little like how it was at Milan.”
