Carlo Ancelotti expresses his pleasure at being in 'the best club in the world', but won't revolutionise Pep Guardiola's work.

The Italian gave up on the Azzurri to become the boss of the Bavarians, picking up the baton after the Spanish Coach left for Manchester City.

“Guardiola did an excellent job in the last few years. We have a great team and we'll try and be strong and win in every competition.

“Pep was kind with me, he even left me a little message,” said Ancelotti, in reference to a 'Good luck' written in Italian on the wall.

“I hope I can do well and leave a good memory, the way that [Giovanni] Trapattoni did before me.

“I like to play an attacking football. We have a team that is super competitive and we'll do our best. I'll have to consider the characteristics of the players, but I'm certainly not here to start a revolution.”
